MAN-EATERS nominated for an EISNER AWARD

My comic book, MAN-EATERS, has been nominated for an Eisner Award for "Best New Series."  It's a pretty big deal.  Like, seriously.  Single issues are available in comic book stores (issue 8 came out this week!).  Volumes -- which collect 4 issues at a time -- are available at comic book stores AND book stores. Congratulations to our amazing creative team: Lia Miternique, Elise McCall, Joe Caramanga, Rachelle Rosenberg, Kate Niemczyk, Eliza Mohan, Stella Greenvoss, Emily Powell, Ava Hood, Kyle Scanlon, and our partners at Image Comics. Most of all, thank you.  Thank YOU.

Why am I so busy?

I'm actually no more busy than normal.  I just remembered I had this website, and thought I should probably update it...

Now, obviously, I am ON IT.

Also, I am finding you very attractive - not YOU, you - THE WEBSITE - because I can post stuff here, and no one can comment.

No offense.

It's just...nice.

My name is Chelsea.  I feel like maybe we've met?

MAN-EATERS, vol 1, announced

MAN-EATERS volume 1 is coming out in March. (This collects MAN-EATERS issues 1-4.)  If you are comics-curious, but not ready to venture into a comic book store to buy the individual "floppy" issues, this is exciting news. Because volumes are available at bookstores. Like REAL BOOKS. Also they are heavier and more easily read in the bathtub. Obviously, if you are on the side of good, you will buy the volume at your local independent bookstore or comic book store or from a friend who needs the money. The hardworking folks at book stores and comic book stores LOVE pre-orders.  You will see their eyes light up with gratitude and cheer.  You can also order MAN-EATERS Vol 1 from the Information Super Highway.  (I'm determined to bring that term back.)  (It means the internet.) (It didn't really catch on.) (The TERM never caught on. The internet caught on fine.)

Hello, Person.

Mockingbird #3 is available in comic book stores (along with #1 and #2).  Issue #4 comes out June 29th.  Comic book stores are great.  Do not be afraid.  You can find out where your local comic book store is here: http://marvel.com/comics/issue/58221/mockingbird_2016_3.  And YES, I know.  And YES, I'm working on another thriller.  And NO, I can't tell you anything about it yet...because publishing is a shadowy, covert busines.  No, it's not.  They just like to surprise you.  It is silly of them.

You look terrific, by the way.
