Kick rhymes with Pick

The editors at Amazon have named ONE KICK one of the "Best Mystery/Thriller/Suspense Books" coming out in August, and Apple has named ONE KICK one of their "Best Books" of August as well (look for it on the iBooks homepage). Clearly this is a book that appeals to companies that have names beginning with "A." Or I am benefiting from the subliminal association of the word "Kick" with "Pick."  Anyway, I'm delighted. Obviously.  Only two more weeks until publication!  That sound you hear is my stomach clenching.
