Reluctant: Tales of Apprehension in Words and Music
Event
Four writers. Two musicians. Some trepidation.
Writer Courtenay Hameister (Live Wire!, The Benefits of Gusbandry) brings you a night of words and music around a subject many are struggling with at the moment: fear and how to break through it.
Each of the performers has been asked to do something that scares them and write about it. Performers include: NYTimes Bestselling authors Chelsea Cain (One Kick) and Daniel Wilson (Robopocalypse), musician and author Christine McKinley, bestselling author and corporeal writing proponent Lidia Yuknavitch (The Small Backs of Children) and musician John Henry (The Tree Frogs).
Tickets are $20 advance/$22 at the door.
